Book Recommendations

I am always reading. I aim to read a book a week but that doesn’t always happen. When you look at the list of books you will see how diverse my interests are. I specialize in working with young adults and enjoy learning about how Millennials think about their relationships and career choices. I also read a lot of books about motivation and change.

The primary reason people come to see a therapist and/or coach is because there is an aspect of their life they want to change. Learning about willpower, how people make decisions and how change happens has greatly influenced my work as both a therapist and coach. My hope is that you check out one or two of these books yourself and gain valuable information about yourself or a loved one.
