In addition to your in person sessions, I am happy to provide telephone and/or email sessions which can be a convenient way to receive personal and effective treatment in your home or office. Emails are always highly encrypted to protect your confidentiality.
If you are struggling with a busy schedule, privacy concerns, or the stress of meeting face to face, online or telephone counseling are the best solution. Research has shown that online therapy can be just as effective as face-to-face counseling.
