Individual Therapy & Coaching for Gen Z, Millennials, and Parents

You don’t have to figure out your career, your life, and yourself all at once. But it helps to have someone in your corner who’s been there.

Who I work with

Individual sessions are available for:

  • Gen Z and young adults: Anxiety, career confusion, identity, life transitions, and the pressure to have it all figured out

  • Millennials: Burnout, career pivots, relationship struggles, and the feeling that something needs to change

  • Parents of Gen Z: Understanding your young adult child, navigating hard dynamics, and knowing when to hold on vs. let go

I’ve been where you are

“At 27, I had the career everyone told me to want. I was miserable. I quit, rebuilt from scratch, and spent the next decade helping other people do the same thing. That experience is in everything I do.”

I don’t just understand the quarter-life crisis academically. I lived it. That’s what makes the work different. I’m not here to tell you what you should want. I’m here to help you figure out what you actually want, and build toward it.

What shifts when we work together

Most people come in feeling stuck, anxious, or like something is off but they can’t name it. Here’s what tends to change:

  • You get clarity on what’s actually driving the anxiety, the burnout, or the feeling that you’re in the wrong life

  • You understand why you keep repeating the same patterns at work, in relationships, and with your family

  • You leave sessions with something concrete: a reframe, a tool, a next step, not just a place to vent

  • You start making decisions from a clearer, calmer place instead of from fear or other people’s expectations

What to expect on the free consultation

It’s a 30-minute conversation. No pressure, no commitment. Here’s how it goes:

1.  You tell me what’s going on. I’ll ask a few questions to understand where you’re stuck and what you’re hoping to change.

2.  I share what I’m seeing. I’ll give you my honest read on whether therapy, coaching, or something else is the right fit for what you’re dealing with.

3.  We decide together. If it feels like a good fit for both of us, we talk about next steps. No pressure either way.
